Funeral services for Katherine Mihal, 90, Denver, CO, formerly of East Moline, are 11 AM Friday at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, East Moline. Visitation is 1 hour prior to services at the church. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the church in East Moline and Vista Care Hospice in Denver, Colorado. Katherine died Saturday, November 27, 2010 at St. Paul Health Center, Denver. She was born September 21, 1920 in East Moline, the daughter of James and Georgia (Mihos) Mihalopoulos. She had worked many years as an adjuster in customer service for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Survivors include her sister Dorothy Gabriel of Moline and many nieces and nephews.
