Kathleen V. Frank 81, of Colona, IL, went to be with her Lord and Savior, September 15th, 2026.

Honoring her wishes, there will be a private burial at Rock Island National Cemetery Cemetery, Arsenal Island.

She was born May 9th, 1945, daughter of William and Gladys (Fox) Skinner.

She married her true love, Jerry, on May 28th, 1965.

She was an active member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Colona.

She took great pride in her family and faith.

She was preceded in death, by her husband, Jerry, parents, and brother.

Left to honor and cherish her include her son, Ted; daughters, Sara (Matthew) Burkett, and Brenda (David) Wallace; grandchildren Jacob, Dominic (Christina); great granddaughters, Lena and Bonnie; Goddaughter, Denise (Willie), Fran and Floyd; and several life long friends and family.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations can be made to Quad City Animal Welfare Center in Milan.
