Funeral services for Kayla C. Ward Jackson, 21, East Moline, are 10 AM Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, East Moline. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 3-7PM Tuesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Memorials may be made for an education fund for her son Brady. Kayla died Saturday, September 23, 2006 at Genesis Medical Center-Illini Campus, Silvis. Kayla Ward was born February 8, 1985 in Silvis, the daughter of Jeffrey and Christina (Poelvoorde) Ward. She married Lucas M Jackson, June 4, 2005 in Port Washington, WI. Kayla enjoyed photography and oceanography. She was a loving and devoted mother. Survivors include her husband Lucas and their son Brady Lucas, East Moline, her mother Chris Ward and her special friend Charlie Roate, Silvis, father and step-mother Jeff and Kristin Ward, Colona, brothers Joshua Ward, Silvis, Corey Ward, Colona and Caleb Ward, Silvis, and grandparents Hector and Joan Poelvoorde, East Moline and Bill and Nancy Ward, East Moline.
