Funeral services for Kenneth Engholm, 60, of East Moline, IL, will be 11:00 AM Thursday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Mr. Engholm died Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, IL. Memorials may be made to the family. Mr. Engholm was born April 27, 1948 in Moline, IL, the son of Eldon and Virginia Engholm. He married Frieda Arnold April 2, 1970 in Rock Island, IL. They were divorced. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He retired from John Deere Harvester, East Moline in 1998 after 23 years of service. Survivors include his: children, Terry, Jamie, Jason, Ciji, Kenneth, and Misty Engholm; grandchildren, Johnathan Terrones and Diego Aguilar; companion, Barb Lucia; sister, Sandy, brothers, Ronnie and Larry, brother-in-law, Bill.
