Kevin R. Streeter, 62, of Lynn Center, IL, passed away Friday January 19, 2024 in Lynn Center.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 25, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, and will be live-streamed at https://vimeo.com/904837177. Interment will be at a later date.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 24 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Food Pantry of St. John's Lutheran Church, East Moline.

Kevin was born August 12, 1961 in Oelwein, Iowa, a son of Donald R. and Betty Lou (Buhman) Streeter. He graduated from United Township High School in 1979.

Kevin was a talented contractor and owned Kevin Streeter Construction, Inc. He was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. Some of his favorite times were those spent in the mountains in Colorado.

He was an avid pool player and enjoyed playing in several area leagues.

Surviving are his brothers, Doug (Kelly) Streeter, Guttenberg, IA, Greg (Caroline) Streeter, Galva, IL, and Galen (Nichole) Streeter, Mishawaka, IN; nieces and nephews, Luc Streeter, Amanda Flaugh, Alex Parker, Madison Streeter, Kyle Streeter, Lilly Streeter and Ben Martinez; numerous great nieces and great nephews; uncles, Jim Buhman, Frank Randall and Whitey Weyant; and many close and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jeffrey Streeter; and nephew, Matt Streeter.
