Kimberly Scott Richards, 61, Moline, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at his home. Funeral services are 10 AM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 2-5 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Kim was born on June 11, 1953 in Fairbanks, Alaska, the son of Arthur and Jerri (Scott) Richards. He retired from the shipping department of Kone, Moline. Kim was an excellent musician, playing in several area bands throughout his lifetime. Kim was a student of the sports world and was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan. Survivors include his daughter Melissa Richards, Nampa, ID, step children, Chris Green and Mandy Kalac, both of Idaho, grandson, Brandon Ingram, parents, Art and Jerri Richards, East Moline, brother Brad (Sherry) Richards, Rapids City, IL and nephew Tyler (Courtney) Richards, Moline.
