Memorial services for Lee A. Weimer, 59, of East Moline, IL, will be 6:00 PM Thursday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to services at the funeral home on Thursday. Mr. Weimer died Monday, June 20, 2011 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, IL. Memorials may be made to the family. Lee was born December 25, 1951 in Moline, IL, the son of Robert and Dorothy Michaels Weimer. He married Sharon Duvall. She died February 11, 1999. He had worked at various restaurants in the Quad City area. Survivors include his fiancée, Rosie Yates of East Moline; daughters, Theresa (Alan) Hoffman of Maquoketa, IA, Angelita Mangler of IA, Tina (Tony) Bowling of Davenport, IA; 8 grandchildren; special grandson, Eddie Fisher; sister, Terry (Mark) Lane of Cameron, IL; brother, Jim (Robyn) Weimer of East Moline; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Butch Fentress and Tammy Horton of East Moline.
