Funeral services for LeeRoy Herrera, 42, of East Moline, IL, will be 10 am Saturday, March 7, at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation will be 4-7 pm Friday, March 6, at the funeral home.

Mr. Herrera died Thursday, February 27, 2020, at Genesis, Silvis, IL.

LeeRoy was born August 22, 1977, in Davenport, IA, the son of Pedro and Maria (Martinez) Herrera. He married Alejandra Roque May 12, 2003, in Rock Island, IL. He had worked for Rockwell Collins, Coralville, IA.

Survivors include his wife; children, Liliana, Eduardo, and Alexia "Gabby" Herrera, at home; father Pedro (Margarita) Herrera, Prophetstown, IL; step siblings, Pedro Luis Herrera and Marisela Herrera.

He was preceded in death by his mother.
