Linda Marie Morris, 78, of Port Byron, IL, died Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at her home. There will be no services.

Linda Jacobs was born October 18, 1943, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Elmer and Eva May (Arnold) Jacobs. She attended Moline High School and graduated from Sherrard High School. She married Donald Morris November 4, 1962, in Moline. He passed away October 3, 2015. She loved spoiling her cat, Gracie. She enjoyed going to Spoon River every year with her family and spending time at her farm in Port Byron, speeding around on her golf cart or sitting by the fire. Linda was loved by everyone she met. She was a dearly loved mother, and grandmother. She will be missed.

Survivors include her children, Stephen Morris, Moline, Mark Morris, East Moline, IL, Michelle Morris, Moline, Melissa Morris, Port Byron, Matt (Amy) Morris, Moline, and Brea Morris (Killian Boyer), Davenport, IA; grandchildren, Angelique Hall, Libby Morris, Buddy Morris, and Lidda Morris; and siblings, Janice Fulton, AR, Eva (Cecil) Pennington, Rock Island, IL, Julie Jacobs-Clark (Phil Clark), Rock Island, and Teresa (Jerry) Hockaday, East Moline; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Rollie and Jake Jacobs; brother-in-law, John Fulton.
