Linda Ellen Murphy, 61, passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at OSF St. Francis, Peoria. Funeral services are 6PM Tuesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation is from 4PM until service time. Private committal will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to QCPAWS.

Linda was born on January 4, 1960, the daughter of Phillip and Laura (Baldwin) Murphy. She last worked at Xpac, Milan. Linda had a love of music and was a gifted musician. She was very athletic in her younger years and always had a love of animals.

Survivors include Jessica Rangel, her brothers, Lloyd E. (Carol) Murphy, Silvis and Lyle A. (Lori) Murphy, Galesburg, nieces and nephews; Michael, Todd, Angie, Jody, Shawn, Sara and Sean and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and twin sister, Laurenda Hensley-Salisberry.
