Linda Jo Rodriguez, 70, Rock Island, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Allure of Moline. A dutch treat gathering will be held at Denny's Restaurant, 2601 52nd Ave., Moline at 12PM Noon prior to services. Graveside services are 2:30 PM Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Rock Island National Cemetery. Those wishing to attend should arrive at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline by 2PM. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family.

Linda was born on January 17, 1952 in Moline, the daughter of James and Fannie (Phillips) Robinson. She graduated from United Township High School in 1970. She drove school bus for UTHS. She married Richard Rodriquez on September 17, 1976 at St. John's Lutheran Church, East Moline. Linda enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, reading romance novels, watching wrestling and her 3 cats Frankie, Cocoa and Baby Girl. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her granddaughter KayLynn.

Survivors include her husband, Richard, daughters; Yolanda Krueger (Michael Conn), Moline and Frances Wold, Carbon Cliff, granddaughter, KayLynn (Ryan) Neff, great grandchildren, Wayde and Wyatt, father-in-law Blair Rodriguez and "adopted daughter" Jennifer Ingersoll . She was preceded in death by grandchildren; Desirea Krueger and Kelly Krueger Jr., her parents and stepfather, John Timberlake.
