Lisa Andrea Mullens Wild, 56, of Milan, passed away Friday January 12, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Memorial services will be 6:00PM Thursday January 18, 2018 at Van Hoe Funeral Home, Ltd., in East Moline. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4-6PM prior to the service at the funeral home, where memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with her final expenses or to the Milan Humane Society. Cremation has been accorded. Lisa was born on August 5, 1961 at the Naval Academy Hospital in Annapolis, Maryland, a daughter of Shorty Lee and Lora (Butler) Mullens. She had attended Sherrard Sr. High School. Lisa enjoyed camping and fishing. In her younger years, she played guitar and bass in a Bluegrass band with her family. She was gifted with artistic talents of many kinds. Her greatest passion was her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Lisa had a heart of gold and even though she may have needed it, she would have given someone her last cent. She was mother to: Aaron Wayne Wild of Kewanee, and Adam Charles (Haley Moore) Carver of East Moline; grandmother to: Elizabeth, Maddie, Chloe, Maysin, Sebaschyn, Skylar, Landin, Logan, Emily, Kinley and a baby boy due in August; great-grandmother to Riley; the older sister of Dianne (James) Ducey of Milan; Debra (Scott) Gripp of Coal Valley; Donna (Darren) Anderson of East Moline and a very special sister to: Diana Daggett of Rock Island; special Aunt: Linda Rice, Moline and a special friend: Mark Fulmer of Bettendorf. Lisa is also survived by her mother: Lora Mullens of Boden; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Maynard Wild Jr. and her father: Shorty Lee Mullens. Lisa will be remembered for her beautiful smile and fun loving ways. She will be remembered with love!
