Lois E. Reedy, 81, from Orient, Iowa, passed away on August 14th, 2021 at the Kahl Home in Davenport, Iowa after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

A visitation will be held from 1pm until 3pm Friday, August 20, 2021 at First Christian Church of East Moline, 3501 7th Street, East Moline, IL 61244. A Eulogy will be delivered immediately following. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Dexter, Iowa.

Lois was born March 7, 1940 in Hebron, Iowa, the daughter of Johnny and Mary Wilson. She was married to Charles Ledbetter for 13 years. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her partner of 22 years, John Vaughan, 2 sisters, Marilyn and Marjorie and 1 brother - Floyd.

She enjoyed sewing, working in the kitchen and anything where she had an opportunity to socialize. She made friends easily.

Survivors include her son Jim (Noelle) Ledbetter, her daughter Denise (Billy) Musgrove

Grandchildren: Phil, Ben, Shelby, Ashley, Mitch , Luke, Dylan and one great grandson, Bennett, and her extended family that welcomed her into the family many years ago, Clarence, Eva, Eileen, Ellen, Elizabeth and Jared and their families.
