Funeral services for Lois A. Zabloudil, 77, of Moline, IL, will be 10:00 AM Friday at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline, IL. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. Visitation will be 3-6:30PM Wednesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd. East Moline, IL, where a Rosary will be recited at 6:30PM. Mrs. Zabloudil died Saturday, November 19, 2005 at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis, IL. Memorials may be made to the family or the American Heart Association. Lois Ann Ullman was born October 1, 1928 in Quincy, IL, the daughter of Paul and Helen M. (Armstrong) Ullman. She married Robert Ernest Zabloudil, June 20, 1953 in Quincy, IL. Lois was a dedicated homemaker and worked tirelessly raising 8 children. The house and yard was a gathering place for neighborhood children. Lois worked many years as a volunteer for the American Heart Association and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. She was active in the PTA, became President and received a lifetime award. She worked several years at Bethany Home and was honored for her service there. She enjoyed visiting with her 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her family. Survivors include: her husband of 52 years, Robert Zabloudil of Moline, IL; daughters and son-in-law, Ann Louise and Augustine Flores of Houston, TX, Teresa Helen Zabloudil of Moline, IL, Mary Ada Zabloudil of Davenport, IA, Karen Elizabeth Zabloudil of Moline, IL; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Edward and Laurie Zabloudil of Gahanna, OH, John Frank Zabloudil of Coal Valley, IL, Anthony Paul and Kathy Zabloudil of Edmond, OK, Ernest Albert Zabloudil of Atlanta, GA; 18 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Martinson of Tucson, AZ; brothers and sister-in-law, David and Theresa Ullman of Carbondale, IL, Tom Ullman of Los Angelas, CA. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sister-in-law, Robert (Florence) Ullman, Maurice Ullman, sisters-in-law, Phyllis Ullman-VanDeWalle and Barbara Ullman, brother-in-law, Gudmund (Marty) Martinson.
