Loretta George, 66, of East Moline, IL, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at her home. There will be no services. Memorials may be made to the family. Loretta Day was born June 24, 1946 in Conway, MO, the daughter of Ezra and Clara Meyers Day. She married Gerrald George May 29, 1965 in Conway. She had worked for the former Seifert Clothing, Rock Island, for 30 years. Survivors include her children,Teresa Meza, East Moline and Terry George, Midland, TX; grandchildren, Ashley Cole, Elizabeth and Haylea George; great grandchildren, Alexandrea and Jasmine Manuel and Jessa-Belle Lawrence; sisters, Mary Lundsford and Trudy Vellie, both of Marshfield, MO; brothers, Ivan Day Pittsburg, MO and Loren Day.
