Funeral services for Lorraine Mose, 83, of East Moline, IL, will be 12:30PM Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, East Moline, IL. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. Visitation will be 10:30 AM until Noon Wednesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Mrs. Mose died Sunday, June 11, 2006 at Rosewood Health Care Center, Moline, IL. Memorials may be made to Animal Aid Humane Society of Moline, The American Diabetes Association, or St. Mary's Catholic Church, East Moline. Lorraine Loete was born April 20, 1923 in East Moline, IL, the daughter of Peter and Emma (Roman) Loete. She married Glenn Mose August 5, 1961 in East Moline, IL. He died October 18, 1990. She retired From the Rock Island Arsenal in 1991. She had been a member of St. Mary's East Moline, IL. She loved her cat, Oliver. Survivors include: daughter, Leslie Mose of East Moline, IL; brother, Peter Loete Jr. of FL; sisters-in-law, Jean Taylor of Port Byron, IL, Evelyn Johnson of Peoria , IL, Veta Loete of East Moline, IL; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her: parents; husband; twin sister, Lorretta DeCapp; sister, Marian Loete; brothers, Alfred Claeys, Lenard, Constant, Andrew, and Charles Loete.
