Louis A. Harris Williams, 56, of Davenport, Iowa, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 at Genesis-East, Davenport.

A memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Friday, December 16, at The Knox Chapel of Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 2106 7th Ave., Rock Island, under the direction of Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, with a memorial visitation one hour prior to services at The Knox Chapel.

Louis was born June 27, 1966 in Chicago, Illinois, a son of Joseph Williams and Mattie Wilson. He was previously married to Adlene Long.

He was employed at Sears Seating, Davenport.

He loved music, dressing nice and stepping out. Some of his favorite times were those spent with friends and family.

Surviving are his daughters, Iesha Jordan, Aliceville, AL, Shavone Dunbar, Elkhart, IN, and Rachael Williams, East Moline, IL, and son, Emanuel Long, Davenport, IA ; and fourteen grandchildren; and additional family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and grandparents.
