Louise E. Theuninck, 69, East Moline, died Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at her home. Services are 11 AM Tuesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation is 5-7 PM Monday at the funeral home. Louise Shaw was born March 17, 1941 in Los Angeles, CA. She received her Masters from Augustana College. She married Steve Schulte and together they had 3 sons. She married Richard Theuninck in 1980. He died in 2006. Louise taught science at Orion Middle School for 31 years. She found her greatest reward in teaching children. Louise enjoyed traveling, camping, geology and birdwatching. She loved the time she spent with her grandchildren. Survivors include her sons; John Schulte, East Moline, Bruce Schulte, Panama City, FL, and Erik, Tempe, AZ, grandchildren; Tyler, Lauren, Erika, Jacob, Angela and Joshua and a great grandchildren Brody and Rachel.
