Lucas Lee Hines, 35, Colona, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Genesis Health Systems, Silvis. Services are 6:30 PM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation is 4PM until service time. Committal services are 1PM Tuesday at St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family. Lucas was born on March 3, 1982 in Iowa City, IA, the son of Dan and Connie (Barwick) Hines. He married Ashley Morrow on June 6, 2015 in Davenport. He worked at Schnuck's, Bettendorf for 15 years. Lucas was very personable and enjoyed shooting hoops with his buddy. Survivors include his wife Ashley, sister Shannon Hines, Moline, and his parents Dan and Connie Hines, grand parents, Shirley Barwick, Davenport and Ivan "Bob" and Edna Hines, Moline, and large extended family.
