Lucy Casper, 83, of East Moline, IL went to be with her Lord, surrounded by her family. A memorial will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2017 at The House of the Lord church, East Moline, IL followed by a private graveside service. Lucy was born January 8, 1934 in San Antonio, Tx. The daughter of Enemancio and Josephina Urbina. She married Robert Casper February 2, 1980. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Survivors are her sons, Robert, Enemancio (Missy) and daughter Lucia (Joe), and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Proceeded in death by her husband, sons (Joseph and Dennis), daughter (Lena) and granddaughter (Mitzi). Our hearts are broken, but the beautiful memories will never disappear.
