Graveside services for Margaret J. Bruno, 88, of Silvis, IL, will be 10:00 AM Thursday July 25, 2013 at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend services should be at the Van Hoe Funeral Home, LTD., East Moline, IL by 9:30AM. Mrs.Bruno died Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis. Margaret Turco was born December 27, 1924 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Peter and Victoria Boffa Turco. She married Charles Bruno April 16, 1948 in Chicago. He died July 18, 2010. Survivors include her sons, Philip (Angie) Bruno, Port Byron, IL, and Paul (Marie) Bruno, Park Ridge, IL; 7 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; her twin sister, Mary Contreau, Atlanta, GA.
