Margaret "Elaine" Garrison, 89, of Moline, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025, at New Perspective, Silvis.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service.  Interment will be at National Cemetery, Rock Island.

Elaine was born on June 12, 1935, in Rock Island, the daughter of Otto and Irene (McGivern) Larson.  She married Thomas Garrison.  Elaine was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Elaine is survived by her children, Christine (Dave) Smith, TX, Mark Garrison, Davenport, IA, Doug (Kathy) Garrison, Davenport, IA, Paul (Robyn) Garrison, Bolingbrook, IL, Steve Garrison, TX, and Jeff Garrison, Rock Island; grandchildren, Tom (April) Cook, Melissa (Steve) Knepp, Brian Cook, David (Martina) Garrison, Joe (Jessica) Smith, and Kathleen (Ken) Hentges; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Patricia Coates; and sister-in-law, Beverly Verstraeter.  She was preceded in death by her husband and siblings.
