Funeral services for Marguerite "Peggy" McEniry, 66, of East Moline, IL, will be 7 pm Thursday, September 21, 2023, at the Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Visitation will be 4-7 pm Thursday at the funeral home. As per Peggy's request, everyone attending is encouraged to dress casual and wear her favoite sport's teams apparel. Mrs. McEniry passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Genesis East, Davenport, IA.

Peggy was born July 21, 1957, in Davenport, IA, the daughter of Robert and Zoeann Wunder Williams. She was a graduate of United Township High School and Ashford University. She married Richard "Rick" McEniry June 7, 1980, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Moline, IL. She worked for Quad Cities Nephrology Associates.

Peggy loved hanging with her besties and family. She enjoyed watching her granddaughters play softball, swim, and tumble. She was an Iowa Hawkeye, Chicago Cubs, and Bears fan.

Survivors include her husband Rick, East Moline; children, Richard "Todd" (Rachael) McEniry, Rolling Meadows, IL, and Anne McEniry, East Moline; grandchildren, Cali and Heather; siblings, Micki (Mike) Hancock, East Moline, Stacy Forsythe, East Moline, Jayne (Jim) Carlson, Bolingbrook, IL, Todd (Paige) Williams, Downs, IL, Lori (Kevin) Dopler, East Moline, and Susan Hines, Andalusia, IL; 10 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
