Funeral services for Maria Olga Ramos, 85, of East Moline, IL, will be 10:00AM Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, East Moline. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00PM Monday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 4:30. Mrs. Ramos died Thursday, January 9, 2014 at her home. Memorials may be made to the family. Olga was born October 31, 1929 in Eagle Pass, TX, the daughter of Antonia Davis Garza. She married Luis D. Ramos April 23, 1948 in Eagle Pass. He died July 29, 2012. Olga had been a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her world revolved around her family. She was a wonderful cook. Survivors include her sons, Jose (Benita) Ramos, East Moline, Rolando Ramos, Moline, and Jorge (Carol) Ramos, Moline; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; and a niece, Margie (Roberto) Gonzales.
