Marilyn Ann Seifert, 75, of Colona, IL, died Tuesday, July 17, 2019, at her home. A celebration of life will be held Sunday July 28, 2019 at the Colona American Legion from 1-4 pm.

Marilyn Brown was born July 19, 1943, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Gerald and Janice Burd Brown. She was a graduate of United Township High School Class of 1961. She married Walter "Swede" Nordholm. She had worked at St. Anthony's Rock Island, The East Moline American Legion and retired from Arc of the Quad Cities. She loved being a grandma! Her life revolved around her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Richard (Judy) Nordholm, Silvis, IL, and Ericka Johnston, Colona; granddaughters, Kaylee Nordholm, Mara Doye, Lacie Johnston; great granddaughters, Kylee and Ivy; niece Melissa (Barney) Miller; and great nephew, Andrew Harris.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard Brown; sister, Elaine Garrett; and nephew, Blaine Garrett.
