Marjorie L. Angelo, 86, East Moline, passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at her home. Visitation will be 1-4 PM Saturday September 4, 2021 at Van Hoe Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family.

Marge was born on March 23, 1935 in Burlington, IA, the daughter of Lloyd and Peggy (James) Lyons. Marge drove a bus for Metro-link for 23 years. She and her life companion, John DeSchepper ran the Keg Tavern in East Moline and the former John's Downtown Tap for many years. Marge enjoyed playing euchre and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-children.

Survivors include her children; Randy Gaylor, East Moline, Joseph (Alice) Gaylor, Muscatine, Janet (Billy) Smith, New Boston and Doug Lairmore, East Moline, twelve grandchildren and numerous great-children, sister, Yvonne Lincoln, Phoenix, AZ and dear friend, Cindy Wren.

She was preceded in death by John DeSchepper, her parents, and brother Edward Lyons.
