Marjorie A. Britz, 79, of Moline, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at her residence.  Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and private inurnment will be at St. Mary Cemetery, McHenry, Illinois.  Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline is assisting the family with arrangements.

Marjorie was born on June 30, 1945, in Moline, the daughter of Joseph P. and Florence (Freund) Britz.  She worked as a bank teller, customer service at Walmart, and her latest hobby job was organizing and arranging tourist trips for senior groups around the Quad Cities.

Marjorie is survived by her nephews, Craig DeDecker, William "Bill" DeDecker, and Martin "Marty" DeDecker; nieces, Debra DeDecker, Michelle Cook, and Sherri Millard; and numerous extended family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joseph Britz; and two sisters, Joanne DeDecker and Rose Millard.
