Marjorie Faye Wright, 92, East Moline, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Rosewood Care Center, Moline. Funeral services are 10AM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Rock Island National Cemetery. Visitation is 2-5 PM Sunday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Memorials may be made to the ARC of the Quad Cities. Marge was born on September 11, 1924 in Rock Island, the daughter of Marshall and Rose (Modde) Cobb. She married Herndon Wright on November 10, 1946 in Rock Island. He died on August 2, 2000. She had worked at Von Maur. She dearly loved her family, and cherished the time spent with them. Mrs. Wright loved people and volunteered her time at Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline, The ARC of the Quad Cities and at Illini Hospital, Silvis. Survivors include her daughters; Cindy Ferguson, East Moline, Becky (Michael) Natsis, Moline and Kim Wright, East Moline, Grandchildren; Elizabeth (Chris) Bornhoeft, Michael (Ashley) Ferguson, Angie (Jerry) Verde, Sara (Mark) Swartz and Andrew Natsis, great grandchildren; Vivian, Jillian, Madalyn, Jackie, Max, Ellis and Ruby, brothers, Jim (Sandy) Cobb, Rock Island and Jack Cobb, East Moline, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Doris Thompson.
