Mark W. Spengler, 56, East Moline, died Saturday, March 17, 2012 at East Moline Nursing and Rehabilitation. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1-4 PM on Saturday April 7th at Faith Lutheran Church, 1611 41st Street, Moline. A memorial fund has been established. Mark was born January 31, 1956 in Toledo, OH, the son of William and Anita Spengler. He married Marta Solomonson on October 28, 1978 in Moline and together they had 2 children. He had worked as a service advisor for John Keady but his passion was playing jazz piano. He served as president of the Quad City Chapter of the American Theater Organ Society. He did pipe organ maintenance. Survivors include his children (spouse), Isaac Spengler, Davenport, and Amanda Spengler (Karol Patrick) Davenport. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Candice.
