Funeral services for Martha Sophia Drobushevich, 79, Moline, are 12 Noon Friday at 1st Baptist Church, 1901 29th Street, Moline, where she was a member. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Visitation is 1 hour prior to services. Martha died Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at Genesis Medical Center-Illini Campus, Silvis. A memorial fund has been established. Martha was born March 30, 1926 in Moline, the youngest child of Adam and Sophie (Belevich) Drobushevich. She attended East Moline Schools and graduated from United Township High School in 1944. She was employed at John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline, until she retired in 1981. Martha loved music and was taught to play the piano. Survivors include sisters Nettie Dunlop, Moline, Angeline Trummer, St. Louis, MO, sister-in-law Margaret Drobushevich, East Moline and nieces and nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers George, Michael and Alex and a sister Helen. Martha's family would like to thank everyone who cared for her during her illness; the doctors and staff at Illini Hospital, Trinity West and Rosewood Care Center, Moline. She will be greatly missed.
