IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Martin
Perez-Carrillo
February 16, 1970 – May 18, 2020
Martin Perez-Carrillo, 50, Moline, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020 at OSF St. Francis, Peoria. A memorial mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Moline, when public services are allowed again.
Martin was born on February 16, 1970 in La Magdalena de Araceo, Guanajuato, Mexico, the son of Genaro and Maria (Carrillo) Perez. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Moline. Martin loved walking and being outside in Nature. He was not only a roofer but also a "multi-uses" he enjoyed learning new things, he loved to work and keep busy. He was a stubborn man and that was both his strength and his weakness as all of his friends and family know. He was a loyal, humble, generous, and caring person. The last three year of his life were of conversion. He started attending Sunday Mass, weekly visits to the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, and daily reading of the Bible. His goal was to finish reading the entire bible, because his life was cut short he was not able to finish. We ask to all who would like to honor his memory, to finish were he left off, Matthew Chapter 5.
Survivors include: brother Jose Luis & Josefina Duran (Moline), nieces Maria & Fortino Torres-Duran (Mexico), Maria de Lourdes & Michael Weida (Gobles, Michigan), Fabiola & Juan Garcia (Davenport), Yuliana & Juan Carlos Avalos (East Moline), nephews Jose Juan & Maria Isabel Duran (Moline), Luis Manuel & Sandra Duran (Moline) and 15 grandnieces and grandnephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother J. Guadalupe Perez-Carrillo. "The Coin is in the Air!" -Martin Perez-Carrillo

-Martin Perez-Carrillo
