Martin W. Tuttle, 60, Hillsdale, passed away on Wednesday, September 27 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf. Memorial services are 2 PM Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation is from 12 Noon until service time. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family. Martin was born August 16, 1957 in Moline, the son of William and Donnalee (Swarts) Tuttle. He graduated from UTHS, class of 1975, and had attended Black Hawk College. He worked 22 years for Tyson, Joslin. He married Terri Welvaert on September 9, 1989 in Bettendorf. He was a long time member of the Eagle Club, past president of the Cardinal Fan Club, and was a Nebraska Cornhusker fan. He enjoyed camping, fishing, rolle bolle, euchre and an occasional game of bingo. Survivors include his wife Terri, daughters, Michelle Gau, Davenport, Melissa Tuttle, Davenport, and Nissa Webb, Hooppole, IL, grandchildren, Olivia, Gage, Lexi and Carter, his Mom, Donnalee, and sister, Nanette (Robert) Carnicle. He was preceded in death by his father, William, and his wife's parents, Robert and Evelyn Welvaert.
