At age 84, Mary moved to Monmouth, IL, where she became a member of Immaculate Conception Parish and continued her water exercise classes at the Warren County YMCA into her early 90's. In her final years, Mary was well cared for by Courtyard Estates Independent Living Facility, Aledo Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Monmouth Nursing Home, and Hospice Compassus.
