Funeral services for Mary L. Lane, 73, of Silvis, IL, will be Noon Monday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home on Monday. Mrs Lane died Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis.

Mary Littrell was born May 29, 1944 in Eagle Creek, IL, the daughter of Richard Owen and Eary Etta Goodson Littrell. She married Kurt Lane in Silvis. She retired from the East Moline School District after 27 years of services as a custodian and substitute teacher. Mary enjoyed playing bingo and going to church at the former Church of God, East Moline. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Alice A. (Steve) Osborn, East Moline, and Roy E. (Rachel) Lane, Douglasville, GA; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; siblings, Milas (Ellen) Littrell, Carmie, IL, Silas (Elaine) Littrell, Boise, ID, Gene (Emma) Powell, Germany, Helen Powell, Davenport, IA, Gerald (Carline) Powell, Grottoes, VA, Gerry (Delores) Powell, Hampton, VA; sister-in-laws, Lavern Littrell, Guin, AL, and Linda Powell, Boise ID.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Letcher and Edgar "Bud" Littrell.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to family in care of Nellie Brock.
