She married Ernest Quick on May 17, 1957 in Chicago, IL. She had worked at the former Harvey's and Sharon's Restaurant, East Moline for 25 years. Little Mary was a simple woman who was always able to see the good in others. She was a fan of country music and was partial to Loretta Lynn. She enjoyed playing bingo, and had a contagious laugh. Most of all, her greatest love was for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include: daughters and son-in-law, Rachel Quick of Sebring, FL, Doris and Tom Richardson of Kansas City, MO, Gloria and Acie Bunch of Moline, IL; sons and daughter-in-law, Ernest and Melody McGee of Lake George, NY, Brian Quick of Haynes City, FL; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Sarah, Jimmy, Austin, Faith Ann, Gloria, Natasha and Cherokee; great grandchildren, Eben and Alyis; sisters, Doris Walsh of Chicago Ridge, IL, Bertha Mae Toderoff of Lexington, AL. She is preceded in death by her stillborn daughter, Jeanette, parents, brother, Howard, and Ernest Quick. Mary has gone to be with her Creator in the Kingdom of Heaven and we shall miss her dearly
