Funeral services for Mary Warren, 60 of Colona, are 10 AM Wednesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation is 4-7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Mary died Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Trinity Regional Health Systems, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Mary Vietti was born October 11, 1948 in Rock Island, the daughter of Frank and Sermane (VandeGejuchte) Vietti. She married Stephen D. Warren on July 6, 1968 in at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Rock Island. She was an executive secretary at the Rock Island Arsenal for the last 28 years. She took pleasure in quilting, crafts, interior design and gardening. Mary's greatest joy was the time spent with her grandsons. Survivors include her husband of 40 years Stephen, daughter Jennifer Stablein and her companion Rob Reid of Colona, son and daughter-in-law Alan and Shelly Warren of East Moline, grandsons; Marcus Warren and Dustin Dreifurst, a sister and brother-in-law, Diana and William Hawbaker of Coal Valley and brothers and sisters-in-law; Lawrence and Marcia Vietti of Montesano, WA and Gerald and Pat Vietti of Peoria, IL.
