Funeral services for Maurice J. "Mo" DeRammelaere, 47, East Moline, are 10 AM Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation is 3-7 Friday at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established. Mo died Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, IA Mo was born July 7, 1961 in Moline, the son of Robert and Irma (Brown) DeRammelaere. He married Corrina Miller on February 16, 2007. Mo had been working as a polisher for D's Polishing, East Moline. Mo enjoyed shooting pool and had a zest for life which left him without an enemy in this world. He was a member of the East End Boulder's Club, and the Eagles. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinal Fan and a Green Bay Packer Fan. Survivors include his wife Corrina, sons Maurice J. DeRammelaere Jr., and Kevin Kipp, both of Silvis, step children Lorrina Miller, Talytha Miller, Salyna Miller and Gage Layne, four step grandchildren, his mother Irma DeRammelaere sisters and brothers-in-law Janice and Larry Butler, Port Byron and Deb and Tim Linn, Moline and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father.
