He graduated from Alleman High School. Mike was a man of many skills. Over the years, he was an electrician, owner of HD Trucking and Dan's Towing Co. He was a partner in two fitness centers and was a concrete finisher. As an Eagle Scout, he loved the outdoors. He loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles and cowboys. He was an avid Rolling Stones, Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan. His home was always open on football Sundays where if you were a fellow Bears-fan you were welcome to watch the game and enjoy one of Deb's feasts. He was a very giving man, a great friend, a loving husband, dad and grandpa. To Sydney and Ben, he was the best grandpa ever! His friends and family meant the world to him.
