Memorial services for Michael "Mike" Hardin, 58, of East Moline, IL, will be 1:00 pm Saturday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Mr. Hardin died Sunday February 21, 2016, at Genesis Silvis. Mike was born January 10, 1958, in Moline, IL, the son of Wesley and Credola Rasmussen Hardin. He was a graduate of United Township High School, class of 1976. He was an associate at Walmart, Davenport, IA. Mike was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, a race car fan, and a devoted cat lover and owner. Survivors include his siblings, Catherine Toland, East Moline, Debbie Hecker, Birmingham, AL, Dan Hardin, East Moline, and James Hardin, Sacramento, CA; his special cat, "Pepper"; many nieces, nephews and cousins throughout the Quad City Area. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Liz Webber; brother, John Taylor. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
