Michael James Jacobson, 82, East Moline, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022 at home. Private burial will be held at Rock Island National Cemetery.

Mike was born on November 13, 1939 in Menomonie, WI. He served in the United States Marine Corp from 1958 until 1962. He had worked at his family's donut shop in Rock Island and was a tree trimmer. His happiest time was Julie and Renee Oliver came into his life. Both of whom have passed away. He was a kind and gentle man.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.

Among survivors are great friends, Lorey and Norman Goetz, East Moline.
