Michael Dean Neely, 54, Davenport, died Friday, September 11, 2009 in East Moline. A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5-7PM at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd. East Moline. A memorial fund has been established. He was born September 27, 1954 in Rock Island, the son of Wilbert and Diane (Friend) Neely. He married Kathy Jett on November 2, 1987 in Rock Island. He was an independent recycler. Survivors include his wife Kathy, Davenport, son Michael Jr., of Rockford, step-sons; John Miller, Colona, IL and Anthony Vance of Sumner, IL, grandchildren Karissa, Christopher, Cera, Alexis, Brandy, Madison and Kenzie, a sister Debbie Maynard, Taylor Ridge, IL and a brother Bob of Davenport.
