Funeral services for Nancy E. Blair, 57, of East Moline, IL, will be 10:00 am Saturday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial will be in Hampton Cemetery, Hampton, IL. Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. She died Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at North Aurora Care Center, North Aurora. Nancy Blansett was born May 23, 1960, in Moline, IL, the loving daughter of Lonard and Elvira Luse Blansett. Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth Blair, TX, and Amanda Blair, FL; parents, Lonard and Elvira Blansett, East Moline; brothers, Robert L. Blansett, Milwaukee, WI, and Lonard C.
