Nancy L. (Woodhouse) Erwin, 63, of Colona, IL, died Sunday, January 1, 2012 at her home. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00PM Wednesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Private graveside services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice. Nancy Gremonprez was born February 21, 1948 in Moline, IL, the daughter of Robert and Louise Liedberg Gremonprez. She had worked for over 30 years at Deere & Company, Moline, where she retired in 1999. She married James Erwin April 29, 2010 in Rock Island, IL. She had been a member of the United Township High School School Board for 13 years. She enjoyed traveling, playing tennis, and ballroom dancing with her husband. Survivors include her husband, Jim Erwin of Colona; mother, Louise Gremonprez, Galena, MO; daughters, Erin Moore of Moline and Jennifer Woodhouse of Baltimore, MD; grandson, Brandon Williams; stepchildren, Samantha DeYoung, Moline, Derek Woodhouse, Coal Valley, Michael (Jennifer) Cady, Rockford, IL; sisters, Judy Gremonprez, Galena and Helen (Steve) Wilson, Green River, WY. She is preceded in death by her father, sister, Sandy Mumma, and her brother, James Gremonprez.
