Funeral services for Nancy E Peacock, 59, Davenport, are 1 PM Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Oak Grove Cemetery, Port Byron. Visitation is from 11 AM until service time. Memorials may be made to an education fund for her grandchildren. Nancy died Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at her home. She was born November 20, 1946 in Clinton, IA, the daughter of Merrill and Arlene (Boock) Jacobsen. She married Ronald E. Peacock, November 19, 1966 in St. Stephen's Church, Clinton. Nancy retired in 2002 as a patient finance specialist from Genesis Medical Center, Davenport. Nancy enjoyed travelling. Her true joy was being with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Ron, daughters and son-in-law Kimberly and Joseph Kinzig, West Lafayette, IN and Kathy Peacock, Park View, IA and, stepson and daughter-in-law Greg and Karen Peacock, Sherrard, grandchildren Shawn Peacock, Abigail and Jackson Kinzig and Nicholas Peacock, sister Sandra Jacobsen, LeClaire, IA and brothers and sisters-in-law David and Beth Jacobsen, Richmond, VA, Steve and Sue Jacobsen, Davenport and Dennis Jacobsen, Davenport She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Kristina, grandson Jacob Peacock, and a brother Merrill "Bud" Jacobsen.
