Nancy Rioux, 80, Silvis, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2019 at OSF St. Francis, Peoria. Funeral services are 10 AM Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moline. Entombment is in St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline. Visitation is 4-7 PM Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 3PM. Memorials may be made to the church for masses or to the Shriner's. Nancy Forret was born on September 4, 1938 in Moline, the daughter of Roger and Gladys (Weber) Forret. She worked as a secretary for Royal Neighbors of America in Rock Island for over 20 years. She married Robert Rioux on May 21, 1982 and their union was blessed in the church on October 7, 1989. Nancy loved her family and enjoyed reading. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moline, where she served in the hospitality ministry. Survivors include her husband Robert, children; Scott (LaDonna) Hunsinger, Cypress, TX, Thomas (Donna) Hunsinger, Groveland, FL and Lynn (Jeff) Smith, Davenport, Step son Rob Rioux, Gilbert, IA, eleven grandchildren, a great granddaughter and sisters-in-law, Carol Forret and Kay Forret.
