He enjoyed travel with his family and a special trip to Australia with his brother-in-law. He spent time tinkering at his best friends shop and later just hanging out with Pete Fiers. When his grandsons entered the world, they soon became the в??apple of his eye'. You could find him pushing the stroller or reading a book to them. He spent time with them sharing his knowledge, and his stories. He spent a lot of time teaching them how to do things he knew and getting down to their level to play with them. He was a great influence on them and they were eager for his visits. He will be missed. Survivors include his daughter, Connie "Suzy" (Tom) Martzahn; grandsons: Nicholas, Michael, Zachary and Jackson; sister-in-law, Margaret Churuvia; sisters, Mildred DeLeu and Sadie Tomich.
