Nikki L. Meeks, 22, East Moline, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Genesis Illini, Silvis. Funeral services are 1PM Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation is from 12 Noon until service time. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family. Nikki was born on November 15, 1992 in Moline, the daughter of Victor Meeks and Margie Westfall. She graduated from Moline High School. Survivors include her mother, Margie, East Moline, her father Victor, Silvis, fiance, Harry Rogers, half sisters, Alissa, Brandy and Rosie Meeks a half brother Tory Meeks and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
