Norman "Greg" Paxton, 56, of East Moline, IL, died Friday, March 4, 2016, at his home. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00PM Wednesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Graveside services will be 9:00 AM Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery, Geneseo, IL. Greg was born August 17, 1959, in Geneseo, the son of Norman F. and Miriam "Dolly" Greenwood Paxton. Survivors include his mother, Dolly Schropp, Diberville, MS; father, Norman Paxton, Silvis, IL; siblings, Marchell (Marvin) Barrett, Prattville, AL, and Mark Paxton, Silvis; nieces, Amber Barrett, Miranda Bicknell, and Andrea Owens.
