Funeral services for Pamela J. Nelson, 62, of East Moline, IL, will be 10:00AM Wednesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Entombment will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs Nelson and her cat Puff, died Saturday February 12, 2011 in a fire at their home. In lieu of gifts and flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Pam Miller was born September 5, 1948 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Ralph andJ Hope Joy Steinberg Miller. She married Elbert Lunn in 1966 in Fort Madison, IA. She later married Steve Nelson November 2, 1991 in Milan, IL. She was a loving homemaker who loved her grandchildren deeply. She enjoyed shooting pool. Survivors include her husband Steve Nelson of East Moline; daughters Karen (Kevin) Warwick of Davenport, IA, Kristine Keim (Michael Gottschalk) of Moline, IL; grandchildren, Ryan (Melissa) Johnson, Kimberly Johnson, Tiffany Warwick, Brock Warwick, Jessica Thomas, Austin Bergheger, Colt Bergheger, Kylie Bergheger; great-granddaughter, Natalie Johnson; sister, Leslie (Ron) Davis, of East Moline; brothers, Ralph (Ann) Miller of Milan, IL, Jim (Sharon) Miller of Portland, OR, Kenny Turner of Colona.
