Patricia L. Steffe , 81, of Colona, IL, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026 at Senior Star, Davenport, Iowa.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. (noon) Saturday, January 17th, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Interment will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. There will be a private visitation for family from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Saturday, to be followed by public visitation from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturday prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Patricia was born June 4, 1944 in Moline, Illinois, to Marcel "Bob" and Vera (Wendell) DeJaegher. She married Duane R. Steffe on September 1, 1962 in East Moline, Illinois.

She was a secretary for many years, first with John Deere and then for Case IH/New Holland.

Surviving are her husband, Duane, of Colona; daughter, Lisa (Craig) Heizer, Joliet, IL; sons, Mark (Brittany) Steffe, Ft. Worth, TX, and Jeff (Lindsay) Steffe, Costa Rica; grandchildren, Brittany Heizer, Matthew (Lauren) Heizer, Jack Steffe, Sammy Steffe, Alexandra Steffe, Kaden Thompson, Kyle Thompson, Kaitlin (Andrew) Zecchino, and Kellan Steffe; brothers, Richard (Kathy) DeJaegher, Robert (Becky) DeJaegher; sisters, Renae (Michael) Warner, Michelle (Steve) Papish, and Lori (John) Medina; and numerous nieces, nephews and additional family.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Vera.
